In this intermediate level class, you will learn how to:
- Cut and level layers of sponge.
- Fill with buttercream and crumb coat.
- Roll and cover the cake in fondant.
- Trim, smooth and sharpen the edges.
- Create the cake toppers: a teapot, flowers, sandwiches, tea stand, cups of tea and more!
- Make a personalised message of your choice.
Your cake will be an 8 inch vanilla sponge with buttercream filling and can feed up 25 portions. A board, ribbon and box will also be provided.
