This class is perfect for learning the basics of cake decorating and sugar-craft.
You will learn how to:
- Cut and level layers of sponge.
- Fill and coat evenly with buttercream.
- Roll and cover the sponge in fondant.
- Trim, smooth and sharpen fondant to get a nice finish.
- Cut out and make the decorations of your choice (stars, hearts, flowers, etc).
- Create a personalised message of your choice.
Your cake will be an 8 inch vanilla sponge with buttercream filling and can feed up 25 portions. A board, ribbon and box will also be provided.
