In this advanced level class, you will learn a variety of decorating and sugar-craft techniques, including:
- Cut and level layers of sponge.
- Fill with buttercream and crumb coat.
- Roll and cover the cake in fondant.
- Trim, smooth and sharpen the edges.
- Create the cake toppers: a cup of tea with a tea bag, flowers, digestives, bourbon’s, custard creams and more!
- Make a personalised message of your choice.
Your cake will be an 8 inch vanilla sponge with buttercream filling and can feed up 25 portions. A board, ribbon and box will also be provided.
